2021-22 (Junior): Competed in the 400m, 500m, 600m, 800m, 1500m, 4x400m, and 4x800m … One event win and five new PRs … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for indoor track and field and outdoor track and field.
 
Indoor: Part of the 4x800m team that set a school record at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:43.56 (3/5) … Earned a bronze medal in the 800m at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:14.56 (2/20) … Posted a time of 1:36.83 in the 600m at Wagner’s Seahawk Shootout, finishing sixth (12/10) … Placed fifth in the 500m at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 1:18.35 (1/22) … Crossed the line in the 800m preliminary in 2:10.39 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (3/5).
 
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800m at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, clocking in at 2:16.85 (5/8) … Earned an eighth-place finish in the 400m at the Towson Invitational with a time of 59.00 (4/2) … Completed the 1500m at Bucknell’s Bison Outdoor Classic in 4:39.28 (4/16).

2020-21: Competed in the 4x400, 800, and 1500 as a sophomore… Part of the team that won the 4x400 (3:53.85) at the 2021 Lafayette Open.

2019-20: Competed in the 400m, 500m, 800m, and 1000m as a freshman.

Before Monmouth: Ran track and field and cross country at Shawnee High School under coach Dana Palumbo ... Won the South Jersey Group 4 800-meter sectional Championships in 2018 ... Earned First-Team All-Conference in cross country as a junior and senior ... As a freshman and sophomore, earned Second-Team All-Conference in cross country ... Member of the First Team All-Conference in the 4x400m ... Earned school records in the DMR, 4x400, and outdoor sprint medley relays.
