Biography
2006 Outdoor: Ninth in the 100-meter at the 2006 NEC Outdoor Conference Track and Field Championships with a time of 12.26...Ran 25.72 in the 200-meter at the UVA Lou Onesty/ Milton G. Abramson Invitation with a time of 25.72...Also threw the javelin at several meets for the Hawks.
2006 Indoor: Had a breakthrough year for the Hawks as she placed at almost every meet for the Blue and White...Part of the sprint medley relay team that set the school record at the Penn State Relays in a timeof 4:15.30 and member of the 4x200 relay team which broke the school record at the same meet, crossing the line at 1:44.16...Placed seventh in the 200m and eighth in the 60m dash a the NEC Championships...Ran second leg of 4x400 relay team that posted a time of 3:51 at the NY Armory.
2005 Outdoor: Member of sprint medley relay team which won the event at the Monmouth University Season Opener.
2005 Indoor: Placed second at the Gulden Relays as a member of the 4x400 relay....Member of 4x400 relay that competed at the nationally renowned Millrose Games...4x400 relay team placed 12th at ECACs (3:53).
2004 Outdoor: Added Depth to long sprinters...Ran personal bests of 26.15 and 58.83 at the Duke Invitational.
2004 Indoor: Placed sixth in the 400 at the NEC Indoor Championships (59.36).
Personal: Majoring in business...Daughter of Dean and Yvonne Paulson...Born April 23, 1985...Garnered State Championship title in 2000...Named All-Star Team...Recognized as Rookie of the Year...Named Most Valuable Player.
