Biography
2009-10 (Senior): Indoor: Set a new school-record in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:38.14 to finish third in the event and ran in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:03.85 at the Princeton New Year Invitational... Earned a fourth place finish with time of 1:17.59 in the 500 meter at the Metro Coaches Invitaional... Finished first in the 500m with a time of 1:19.00 at the dual meet with Rider... Earned a trip to the ECAC Championships with her sixth place finish in the 500 meter dash (1:15.86) and apart of the ECAC qualifying third place 4x400m relaying at Great Dane Classic... Ran in the 500 meter crossing the tape in 1:17.43 to finish in fifth overall and was a part of the 4x400 relay, finishing second with a time of 3:52 at the Terrier Invitational... Placed seventh in the 200 running a time of 26.13 and won the 500 meter run with a time of 1:17.33 at the Lafayette/Rider Games... Earned All-NEC Second-Team honors as she finished in second place (1:17.43) in the 500 meter dash and was a leg of the third place 4x400 meter relay that finished in 3:57.77 at the NEC Indoor Championships... Ended the 500 meter run in 20th place with a time of 1:17.10 and was a part of the 4X400 relay that placed 22nd overall at the ECAC Outdoor: Led the Hawks in the women's 400 with her fourth place finish in 58.64 at the 15th annual MU season opener... Finished in third (57.97) in the 400m at the Greyhound Invitational... 4x400 team had a season-best relay performance ending in 56th place finish in 3:54.48 at the Penn Relays... Finished third overall in 56.59 in the 400 and 4x400 meter relay team finished just outside of all-conference as they also finished third in 3:57.53 at the NEC Championships.
2008-09 (Junior): Indoor: Member of the 4x400 team that won first place at NYC Gotham Cup, alongside Michelle Losey, Brittany Gibbs, and Iliana Blacksheer in 3:54.59... Time of 1:17.62 was sixth place among the women in the 500m in NYC Gotham Cup... Was also a member of MU's sixth place 4x400 relay team that finished sixth at Terrier Classic... Member of the 4x400 relay team who recorded fifth best time in school history (3:50.56) at Penn State Nationals... Finished third in the 500m with a time of 1:16.80 at Yale Invite... Placed first in the 500m, finishing in 1:16.42 earning First-Team All-NEC and was a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the NEC Championships earning Second-Team All-NEC, earned All-East honors as part of Monmouth's seventh place 4x400 relay team at the ECAC/IC4A Championships... Was a part of the 4x200 relay team which set a new school record with their time of 1:40.50 at Penn Relays Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400m with a time of 57.78 at Greyhound Classic... Took second in the 400m in 56.00 which was an ECAC qualifying time to earn NEC Second-Team honors and was a leg of the winning 4x400m relay to earn First-Team All-NEC honors and was also a leg on the third place 4x100m relay team with an ECAC qualifying time at the NEC Championships
2007-08 (Sophomore): Indoor: Part of a 4x400 relay team that ran a season best time of 3:53 at the ECAC Championships, and was part of a distance medley team that ran a time of 12:16.01... Placed second and earned All-NEC First Team honors for her 1:16.30 finish in the 500m dash, part of a 4x400 relay team that earned first place and she also placed 5th in the 200m ... Finished second in the 500m with a time of 1:17.09 and was part of a relay team that finished second running a time of 3:55 at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Named NEC Track and Field Athlete of the Week for 12/11/07... Part of a 4x400 relay squad that qualified for the ECAC and placed third at the Penn State Relays with a time of 3:51.63... Outdoor: Part of a 4x400 team that ran a time of 3:46.45 for 18th place at the NCAA East Regional Championship... Ran on Monmouth's 4x400 team that captured first place for the second straight year, crossing the finish line in 3:48.64 at the NEC Championships and earning First-Team All-NEC... Placed fourth in the 400m at the MU Season Opener, was part of a 4x400 relay team that took first for the Hawks with their time of 4:01.32, and was part of a 4x100 relay team that placed third overall... Member of MU's 4x200m relay team that took fourth, and a third place 4x400m relay team that qualified for the ECAC's with a 3:50.25 finish at the Colonial Relays... Part of a 4x200 relay team that ran a time of 1:41.48, the second fastests time in school history, and was part of a 4x400 relay team that was first in their section with a time of 3:47.14 at the Penn Relays.
2006-07 (Freshman): Indoor: Ran a leg of the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the NEC Indoor Championship meet being named First-Team All-NEC, running a time of 3:52.39, and took home a fifth place finish in the 500m (1:19)... Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:47.08) at the ECAC Championship, earning All-East Honors... First place in 4x400m relay at Princeton Invitational... Fourth best finish in school history in 4x400m relay with a time of 3:51.05 and placed sixth in the 500m with a time of 1:17.64 at the NYC Gotham Cup... Took second in the 4x400 relay at the Great Dane Classic... Finished fourth overall in the 4x400m relay with a Monmouth record-setting time of 3:49.25 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational Outdoor: Competed at the NCAA East Regionals as part of MU's 4x400 relay team... Part of Monmouth's sixth place 4x400 relay squad at the ECAC Division I Championships, earning her All-East honors as a freshman... Helped the Hawks clinch the NEC Championship in the last event as part of the first-place 4x400 relay squad earning First-Team All-NEC...
