2010-11 (Senior): XC: Came in 16th place finishing in 15:42.7 at the 4k Monmouth XC Kick-Off Invitational (9/3)...Finished 41th in the ECAC/IC4A with a time of 19:22 (11/20)... Ran the mile at Princeton's New Year's Invitational with a time of 5:42.71 earning seventh place... Placed nineth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:59.47 at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/7)...Finished seventh in the 3000 meter run at the 2nd Annual Rider Dual Meet with a time of 10:58.90... Competed in the one mile run with a final time of 5:44.64 in the Princeton Relays...

2009-10 (Junior): XC: Finished 24th with time of 19:40.1 at the Quinnipiac Invitational, finished 55h in the 6k with a time of 22:59 at the 26th annual Brooks Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa, finished 13th in the 5k race with a time of 20:09 at the 15th Annual Monmouth University Invitational, Finished 55th in the 3.8 mile race with a time of 25:19 at Princeton Invitational... Finished 18th to finish just out of top-14 All-NEC honors and ended the afternoon in 19:26.3 at the NEC XC Championship... Finished in 21st place overall at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regional's... Finished second on the team, ending the afternoon in 36th place with a time of 19:13 t the IC4A/ECAC Championships Indoor: Posted a personal record in the 5000 with a time of 18:46 at the Terrier Invitational... Posted a career best time of 18:32.30, finishing fourth overall in the 5000 meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 10000m, crossing the tape in 40:02.83 at the NEC Championships.

2008-09 (Sophomore): XC: Finished 17th at MU XC Invite... Finished 40th, running 21:57 at Dartmouth Invite... Came in 105th at NCAA Regionals...  Finished 24th at MU invite... Finished 205th in a time of 23:20 at Paul Short Run... Finished 59th in 23:54 at Princeton Invite... Finished 18th running 20:00 at NEC XC Championships... Finished 59th overall in a time of 19:55 at IC4A Championships

2007-08 (Freshman): Member of both the cross country and indoor/outdoor track teams for MU.
