2021-22 (Junior): Competed in the 5k and 6k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 500m, 800m, 1500m, 4x400m, and DMR during the indoor and outdoor track and field campaigns … Two event wins and four new PRs … 2022 Chi Alpha Sigma Honoree … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Indoor: Part of the 4x400m team that earned silver medals at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:58.48 (2/20) … Also competed in the 800m (2:20.48) and DMR (12:12.64) at the Indoor Championships … Earned a third-place finish in the 500m at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic, crossing the line in 1:17.03 (1/28).
 
Outdoor: Clocked in at 2:20.61 in the 800m preliminaries at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/7) … Part of the 4x400m team that won at the Lehigh Track and Field Invite with a time of 3:57.29 (4/9) … Also finished ninth in the 400m at the Lehigh Invite with a time of 1:00.91 … Paced the field in the 800m at Moravian’s Greyhound Invitational with a time of 2:1733 (4/15) … Posted a time of 4:53.80 in the 1500m at the MU Track and Field Season Opener (3/26) … Ran the 800m at Lehigh’s Carol and John Covert Classic in 2:15.73 (4/30).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 4x400, 800m, and the 1500m as a sophomore… Set a PR in the 1500m (5:02.95)… Part of the team that won the 4x400 (3:53.85) at the 2021 Lafayette Open… Part of the team that placed first in the 4x400 (3:57.28) at Rider vs. Monmouth.

2019-20: Competed in the 400m, 500m, 600m, 800m, and 1000m as a freshman ... 

Before Monmouth: 12 time letterwinner in track and field and cross country at South Brunswick High School under coach Wilfredo Rivera ... Won the 2016 Group 4 Central Jersey Championship in the 1600 ... First Team All-Conference in cross country three out of the four years ... Named First Team All-Conference Indoor all four years ... Apart of relay teams that broke the school record in the 4x800 and 4x1600 ... Earned Honor Roll all four years in high school
