2009-10 (Senior): Indoor: Medaled for the Hawks crew in the triple jump with a jump of 38'6.25", finished fourth in triple jump w/ a leap of 16' 10" and was a part of the first place sprint medey team with a time of 4:33.09 at the Inaugural MAC Classic... Placed seventh in the long jump, ran in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:03.85 and won the triple jump with a jump of 38'9" setting a indoor school- record and qualifying for ECACs at the Princeton New Year Invitational... Finished eighth 16' 10.5" in the long jump and third in the triple jump (38' 2.25") at the Metro Coaches Invitational... Earned the win in triple with a leap of 38' .25" at the dual meet with Rider... Triple jump of 38' 7.5" gave her a third place finish overall at the Great Dane Classic and also etched her name into MU's annuals with a top-five all-time finish... Jumped 39' 1" in the triple jump earning her a fifth place finish overall at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup... Jumped 39' 3" in the triple jump this week to break her already owned school record by over two inches at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational... Took a 22nd place finish in triple jump (37' 5") at the ECAC's Outdoor: Finished sixth overall with a leap of 15' 11.5" in the long jump and broke the meet record with a leap of 38' 2" in the triple jump at the 15th annual MU season opener... Finishing fifth overall in the women's 4x200 meter relay at Colonial Relays... Finished fifth overall with a leap of 39' 5.25" to break the MU school record in the triple jump at the Tennessee Sea Ray Relays... Finished third overall in the triple jump with a leap of 37' 1" at the Greyhound Invitational... 4x100 team finished with season best time of 48.62 to finish 64th and finished triple jump, in a 17th place finish (37' 8.75") at the Penn Relays... Took eighth overall in the 400 with a time of 58.49, finished second in triple jump with a mark of 39' 3" while earning All-NEC Second-Team honors, and was a part of the 4x100m relay finishing third with a time of 47.75 in the NEC Championships... Finished third overall (39' 3") in triple jump at the Rutgers Invitational.
2008-09 (Junior): Indoor: Member of the 4x400 team that won first place at NYC Gotham Cup... Was also a member of MU's sixth place 4x400 relay team that finished sixth at Terrier Classic placed fifth in the triple jump... With a distance of 37 4 ½" at NYC Gotham Cup, PRed at the Yale Invite with 11th place time of 26.36... At Yale Invite scored in two events - fifth in triple jump (35' 6 ¾" ) and seventh 400m (1:00.31)... Earned sixth place after crossing the tape in 59.71 400 m, scored in the triple jump, with her mark of 38' 2 ¼" placing fifth, a leg on the 4x400 relay team at the NEC Championships that placed second and was named All-NEC Second Team... Jumped 37' 5 ¾" in her first appearance at the ECACs in the triple jump... Outdoor: Took third in TJ with a mark of 38' 10 ¼" to break the school record at the NEC Championships... Hit the ECAC qualifying mark in the triple jump, clearing 12 meters at the NYC Qualifying Challenge.
2007-08 (Sophomore): Indoor: Part of a 4x400 relay team that ran a season best time of 3:53 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships... Placed fourth in the 400m, fourth in the triple jump, eighth in the long jump, and part of a 4x400 relay team that earned first place and earned a spot on the All-NEC First Team at the NEC Indoor Championships... Finished fifth in the 500m, was part of a relay team that finished second running a time of 3:55 and finished eighth in the triple jump at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Placed second in the triple jump with a leap of 37' 7 ¼"... Part of a 4x400 relay squad that placed third and qualified for the ECAC at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:51.66... Part of a 4x400 team that placed third in the finals with their time of 3:54.57 at the NYU Gotham Cup... Placed third as part of a 4x400 team at the Great Dane invitational... Won the triple jump with her distance of 36' 9" at the USATF-NJ Open... Outdoor: Part of a 4x400 team that ran a time of 3:46.45 for 18th place at the NCAA East Regional Championship... part of a 4x100 relay team which finished in with their best time of the season, clocking in at 47.77 at the ECAC championships... Part of a 4x400 team that captured first place for the second straight year earning All-NEC First Team honors, crossing the finish line in 3:48.64, placed fifth in the triple jump, and took seventh in the long jump at the NEC Championships... Won the triple jump with her distance of 36' 5 ½" and was also part of a 4x400 relay team that took first, and was part of a 4x100 relay team that placed third overall, finishing in 49.10 at the MU Season Opener... Placed sixth place in the triple jump and was part of a 4x200m relay team that took fourth at the Colonial Relays... named NEC Track Athlete of the Week for the week of 4/9/08... Part of a 4x100 team that took fourth at the Greyhound Invitational... Member of a 4x200 relay team that ran a time of 1:41.48, which is the second fastest time in school history, at the Penn Relays, and her triple jump mark of 38' 2" was the third best jump in school history, and was part of a 4x100 relay team that finished second in their head with a time of 48.12, the squad's best time this season in the event and qualified them for the ECAC Division I Championships and was part of a 4x400 relay team took first in their section with a time of 3:47.14, narrowly missing the ECAC final.
2006-07 (Freshman): Indoor: Placed third in the triple-jump, hitting 37'4", at the NEC Championship meet... Part of the Monmouth rookie record-setting DMR team that placed 11th at the ECAC Championship... First place in 4x400m relay (3:57.35), 11th in 300m (43.40, seventh best all-time for Monmouth) at Princeton Invitational... Came within an inch of the freshman record in the triple jump at 36'9" to finish fourth at the Fordham Collegiate Opener... Sixth place finish in the triple jump (36'11.75") at the Great Dane Classic and part of the fourth-place finishing DMR team (12:46.66)... Placed sixth in the triple jump, clearing 36'6" at the Terrier Classic... Ran a leg of the 4x200m relay that placed sixth with a time of 1:48.03, good enough for the second fastest time in school history and set a new Monmouth freshmen record in the triple jump after taking fourth with a leap of 37'3.25" at the Penn State Relays... Placed ninth at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational as a part of the DMR team that ran the second-fastest time in school history with a time of 12:29.10... Ran the 400 leg of the SMR at the Penn Relays, earning a top-five school time... Finished sixth in the 4x100 at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational... Placed first in the triple jump at the Monmouth Season Opener, clearing 36'11", setting new meet and rookie records... Finished fourth in the triple-jump (36'2.25") at the Sam Howell Invitational.
High School: Competed in track at Old Bridge High School... Placed at the state meet in the 4x400 relay... One of the top triple jumpers in the area.
