2004 Outdoor: A member of the Hawks? 4x200 relay team that won the IC4A final and broke the school record at the Penn Relays? Ran on NEC Championship 4x400 relay (3:13.20)? Also placed third in the open 400 (48.08) at the meet? Helped Hawks break the school record in the 4x400 (3:10.48) and place third at the IC4A Championships?Ran on ninth-place 4x400 (3:10.70) at NCAA East Regional.
2004 Indoor: Finished sixth at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 500? Member of record-setting All-East 4x400 at the IC4A?s? IC4A qualifier in the 500 (1:04.66).
2003 [Outdoor]: Member of Monmouth squad that finished second as a team at the Northeast Conference Championships? Logged a second place finish in the 400 at the Lehigh Games
2003 [Indoor]: Took home fifth in the 500 at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 1:05? Was also a member of the 4x400 relay squad that finished in fourth place in a time of 3:22.
