2009-10 (Senior) XC: Finished in 17th place with a time of 20:49 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

2008-09 (Junior) XC: Finished 46th in 21:06 at MU hosted invite... Finished 279th in a time of 25:07 at Paul Short Run... Took 41st place in 20:51 at NEC XC Championship Indoor: Member of the 4x800 squad who took home seventh place at the NYC Gotham Cup... Member of the fifth place 4x800 relay team and was eighth in the 1000m at Penn State Nationals.... Was a leg on the 4x800 relay finished third with a time of 9:25.73 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational 

2007-08 (Sophomore): Indoor: Part of a distance medley team that took seventh overall at the NYU Gotham Cup... Placed fourth in the 1500m at the USATF-NJ Open... Outdoor: Part of a 4x800 relay team that finished in fourth place with a time of 9:46.64 at the NEC Championships.

2006-07 (Freshman): XC: Part of Hawks' top-7 at most meets... Competed at NCAA Regionals... Indoor: Set the Monmouth freshman DMR record at the Bison Open... Competed in the 800m at the NEC Indoor Championships... Ran in the 500m at the Fordham Opener... Outdoor: Competed in a number of events including the 400m, 800m and the 4x400 relay at a number of events including the Sam Howell Invitational and the MU Season Opener.

High School: Ran four years of track and three years of cross country under coach Bill Bixler at Cumberland Valley High School... As a sophomore helped the Eagles to the District Team and 4x400 Championships... Finished fourth at the PIAA in the 4x800 as a junior... Also was part of the District Champion 4x800 relay team in 2005... Member of the Honor Roll and National Art Honors Society... Earned the Pierce Award for Technical Education.

Personal: Born on April 21, 1988... Daughter of Gary and Carol Frenette... Majoring in graphic design.
