One of Monmouth?s top middle distance performers? Former Northeast Conference champion in the 800.
2004 Cross Country: Did not compete
2004 Outdoor: Registered a 2:26.37 at the Duke University Invitational.
2004 Indoor: Took top honors in the 800 at the NEC Championship Meet (2:16.72)?Part of the third-place Distance Medley Relay at the NEC?s.

2003 [Cross Country]: Took 16th at the Lafayette 6K race at Metzgar Fields
2003 [Indoor]: Won the 800 at the West Point Open in a time of 2:22
2003 [Outdoor]: Member of the 4x400 relay squad that took 3rd at the Monmouth Season Opener and had the eighth fastest time in school history? Finished 16th in the 800 at the Lou Onesty Invitational? Took 5th in the 800 at the Lehigh Invitational in a time of 2:21

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport standout at Cranford (N.J.) High School... Earned three letters on the track & field squad... Also lettered two seasons as a point guard on the Cougars' basketball squad.
