Autenrieth, a graduate of Washington College in Chesterwood, Md., came to Monmouth from St. Rose H.S., where for eight years he served as the assistant girls? varsity coach. Before his stint at the Belmar, N.J, school, Autenrieth coached freshman boys? soccer at Point Pleasant Boro H.S.
Autenrieth, who owns a United States Soccer Federation ?D? coaching license, has particularly made his mark in coaching Olympic Development and club teams throughout the area. He coached Olympic Development soccer in New Jersey for 10 years at the Under-13, 14 and 15 levels. He has been even more active in the club and select team ranks where he has stood for the past 25 years coaching age groups ranging from Under-eight to U-19.
Autenrieth, who is a high school lacrosse official, resides in Point Pleasant Beach, with his wife Amelia. The couple has three grown children, and are the proud grandparents of Gillian and Grant.
