2015 (Junior):

• First Team All-MAAC selection at midfield
• Started all 18 games for the Hawks
• Led team in caused turnovers (25), ranked second in draw controls (52), & fourth in ground balls (30)
• Three time MAAC defensive player of the week (2/16, 4/13, 4/27)
• Holds school record in draw controls (vs. Niagara 3/24) 
• Earned 4 groundballs, 5 draw controls, & 4 caused turnovers vs. Lafayette  (2/14)
• Recorded 4 groundballs, 8 draw controls, & 2 caused turnovers vs. Marist (4/11)

2014 (Sophomore): Started all 18 games as a Sophomore... Led the Hawks in draw controls with 54, which is the third most for a single season in school history... Had a season high of eight draw controls in overtime win against St. Joe's (3/26), and  Niagara (4/5)... Picked up 10 ground balls and also had eight caused turnovers... Scored first career goal against Canisius (4/19).

2013 (Freshman): Started 18 games and played in 19 as a freshman… Set Monmouth single-season record for draw controls with 76… Placed 18th in the NCAA with 4.16 draw controls per game… Finished second in the NEC with those 79 draw controls… Had six draw controls in collegiate debut against Delaware (2/22)… Controlled five draws against Lafayette (3/5)… Had a six draw control effort in win over Siena (3/9)… Tallied a season-high eight draw controls against LIU Brooklyn (3/22)… Picked up another six draws vs. Wagner (3/24)… Came through with six draw controls in the  title game victory over Bryant (4/28). 

High School: Was four year letter winner in lacrosse at Hillsborough High School under Coach Beth Murrin... Was named to Delaware Division 1^st Team as a junior and senior... Helped lead Raiders to Skyland Conference and Somerset County championships in 2011... Set record at Hillsborough for draw controls in a season in 2012... Also competed in basketball for the Raiders.

Personal: Daughter of Anthony and Debbie Vangeli... Major is Education.
