Monmouth University Athletics

Rachel Mills joined the Monmouth women's lacrosse coaching staff as a graduate student assistant coach in the Fall of 2021 following a stellar playing career with the Hawks. 

Mills played three seasons in the Blue & White and earned a number of individual accolades on and off the field. Mills was named the 2019 MAAC Midfielder of the Year and was a First Team All-MAAC selection. After the shortened 2020 season, Mills earned the Kelsey Award, given to the Monmouth student-athlete with the highest overall grade-point average and she was also a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society. As a fifth-year senior, Mills was named Second Team All-MAAC and was honored with a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team three times. 

Mills earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
