Cassidy Orban joined the Monmouth University women's lacrosse coaching staff as a graduate assistant coaching following a standout playing career. Orban was named Director of Operations at the start of the 2024 season.
Orban played two seasons with the Blue and White and earned First Team All-Conference honors in both the MAAC and CAA. She became the third Hawk in program history to eclipse the 200-career draw control mark and set the single-season record with 123 in 2023. Orban started all 36 games for Monmouth following a three-year career at Vanderbilt where she graduated with a degree in medicine, health and society. On the field, Orban was a 2021 All-AAC first team honoree and was a three-time All-Academic selection.
