At Monmouth, Simon has also worked with the men's soccer, women’s soccer, men’s basketball, women's basketball, and baseball teams for several seasons.

Before heading to West Long Branch, Simon served as head athletic trainer for Hampton University, where his primary sports were football and men's basketball. During his two years at Hampton, Simon supervised all aspects of the Sports Medicine department for all of Hampton's sports. He acted as a clinical instructor for four graduate assistant athletic trainers from nearby Old Dominion University and served as an NCAA drug testing site coordinator.

Simon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Waynesburg College (PA) while working with the football, softball, wrestling and basketball teams. He continued to West Virginia Wesleyan College where he spent a year as an intern athletic trainer, working with women's volleyball and baseball.

Rosenblum is married to the former Leslie Coffman, and they reside in Toms River, NJ with their two sons, Becker and Bode.
