2009-10 (Junior): XC: Finished 45th in the 3.8 mile race with a time of 25:06 at Princeton Invitational... Finished in 35th place with a time of 20:08.0 at the NEC XC Championship Indoor: Was a leg of the third place distance medley relay at the Bison Open.

2008-09 (Sophomore): XC: Finished 19th at MU XC Invite... Finished 25th in 20:07 at MU's second hosted invite... Finished 137th at NCAA East Regionals... Finished 74th in a time 24:14 at Princeton Invite... Ended the cross country season with a 29th place finish in a time of 20:27 at NEC XC Championships.

2007-08 (Freshman): XC: Competed for Monmouth at the NCAA Regionals... Finished 26th at the NEC Championship... Ran for a 13th place finish at the MU Cross Country Kickoff... Took fourth place at the MU Cross Country Invitational... Finished third for MU at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Indoor: Part of a distance medley relay team that earned a fourth place finish at the NEC Indoor Championships... Member of seventh place 4x800 team at the Fordham Collegiate Opener... Ran on MU's distance medley team that took seventh overall at the NYU Gotham Cup... Placed third in the 1500m at the USATF-Open... Outdoor: Part of a fifth place 4x400 relay team at the MU Season Opener... Member of Monmouth's 4x1500 relay that took seventh with their new school record time of 20:10.25 at the Colonial Relays... Qualified for NECs in the 1500m.

High School: Competed in cross country and track all four seasons... Named team MVP four times for track and three times for cross country... Owns the school record for the 1600, 800, 3200 and the 4x400 relay... Was the Cape May County Cross Country Champion... Earned First Team All- Cape Atlantic League three times in cross country... Qualified for Meet of Champions seven times.
