2021-22 (Freshman): Competed in the 5k, 6k, and 6.17k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 3000m, 3000S, and 5000m during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons.
 
Cross Country: Completed the 6.17k course at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational in 24:21.1 (10/16) … Finished 38^th in the 6k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:06.6 (10/30) … Ran the 6k course at the DI Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 22:35.8 (11/12) … Posted a time of 19:13.6 in the 5k at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (11/20).
 
Indoor: Ran unattached in the 3000m at the MU Winter Collegiate Invitational, finishing third with a time of 10:45.22 (2/12).
 
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 3000S at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:27.45 (5/7) … Won the 3000S at the Lehigh Carol and John Covert Classic, crossing the line in 11:23.85 (4/29) … Placed sixth in the 5000m at the MU Track and Field Season Opener, crossing the line in 18:29.21 (3/26) … Finished second in the 3000S at the Towson Invitational, clocking in at 11:45.74 (4/1).

Before Monmouth: Competed in cross country, 800m, and the 1500m at Saint Raphael Academy for coach Chris Magill… Won four varsity letters… freshman year: all class/ all division, sophomore year: all class/ all division/ all state, junior year: all class/ all division/ all state/ all new England, senior year: all class/ all division/ all state/ (no New England meet because covid)… Academic Honors: First honors for three years.
 
Personal: Daughter of Lisa Mongeau… Intends to major in criminal justice.
