2021-22 (Graduate Student): Competed in the 5k, 6k, and 6.17k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 1500m and 5000m during the outdoor track season … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for indoor track and field and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Posted a 6k time of 24:38.9 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, placing 88^th (10/30).
 
Outdoor: Placed 24^th in the 5000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 19:05.40 (5/8) … Earned a pair of top-five finishes in the 5000m at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational (19:24.23, 4/15) and Lehigh Carol and John Covert Classic (19:29.67, 4/30).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 5000m as a senior.

2019-20: Competed in the 3000 meter, 5000 meter, and 6K as a junior ... Set personal best in the 6K (22:53.7). 

2018-19: Competed in the 4x400, 4x800, 1500 meter, mile, 3000 meter, 5000 meter, and 6K as a sophomore ... Set personal bests in the 5000m (18:59.07), 3000m (11:09.43), and mile (5:30.79).

2017-18: Competed in the 800m, 1500 meter, mile, 3000 meter, 5000 meter, and 6K as a freshman ... Set personal bests in the and the 1500 (5:10.39).

Before Monmouth: Three time letterwinner in cross country and twice in track for Coach Richard Refi... third team all-county as a senior... Part of team that won the Central Jersey sectional title in 2016... Also lettered in basketball and lacrosse... Wendy's High School Heisman Scholar Athlete.

Personal: Born Natalie Marie Tavares... Daughter of Maria and Avelino Tavares... Majoring in Biology.
