2021-22 (Junior): Competed in the 5k, 6k, and 6.17k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 3000m and 5000m during the indoor season.
 
Cross Country: Set a new PR in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, completing the course in 22:21.8 (10/1) … Finished 43^rd in the 6k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, posting a time of 23:14.7 (10/30).
 
Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000m at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic with a time of 10:23.89 (1/28) … Placed ninth in the 5000m at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite, clocking in at 17:54.28 (2/5).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m, and cross country as a sophomore…

2019-20: Competed in the 3000 meter, 5000 meter, and 6K as a freshman ... 

Before Monmouth: 12 time letterwinner in track and field and cross country at Hillsborough High School under coach Richard Refi ... Qualified individually in the 3200-meters for the MOCS in 2018 ... Apart of the 4x800 meter school record team ... Member of the relay and individual Skyland Conference and Somerset County Champions in 2019.

Personal: Daughter to Maria and Avelino Tavares ... Older sister Natalie is a senior XC and track & field member at Monmouth ... Majoring in Biology.
