2001 (Sophomore): Named second-team All-Northeast Conference as a defensive tackle... Started nine games as a sophomore... Logged 19 tackles, including 14 solo takedowns... Registered two sacks and four tackles for loss on the year.

2000 (Freshman): Played in 10 games as a freshman... Tallied two tackles and one sack on the season.

High School: Two-sport star at Summit (N.J.) High School... Earned two letters in football... Played offensive and defenseive tackle... Named first-team all-conference as a senior and second-team all-conference as a junior... Twice tabbed all-area... Also a standout on the SHS track and field squad... Threw shot put and javelin as a prep.
