2010 (Senior):  Participated in 4x55 meter relay for the Blue and White with a first place time of 25.89 at the MAC Classic... Participated in 4x400 meter relay for the Hawks with a first place time of 3:27.28 at the MAC Classic... Placed sixth in the 60 meter dash at Princeton's New Year's Invitational with a time of 7.08... Was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed 11th at Princeton's New Year's Invitational with a time of 3:33.69...Finished 12th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.95 Finished the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.36 at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/7)...Was a part of the team that placed third in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:20.18 at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/7)... Placed second in the 60m with a final time of 7.13 at the Rider dual meet... Placed first in the 400m witha final time of 50.20 at the Rider dual meet... Helped Monmouth place second in the 4x400 in the Rider dual meet... Competed in the 4x400 for the Hawks with a final time of 3:22.16 in the UAlbany Great Dane Classic...Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fifth in the BU Terrier Invitational with a time of 3:18.22...

2009-10 (Junior): Indoor: Placed fifth in the shot put and was a part of the first place 4X400m relay with a time of 3:33.03 at the Inaugural MAC Classic... Took sixth in the 400 with a time of 50.73 at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational Outdoor: Finished in and fourth (11.39) in the 100 meter dash at the 15th annual MU season opener... Was a part of the 4 x 100 relay which finished fourth overall in 41.69 at Colonial Relays... 4x100 squad finished 40th overall in a time of 42.39 and made up the 25th place finishing 4x200 relay lineup as they crossed the tape in a solid time of 1:27.25 at the Penn Relays...  Was a part of the 4x400m relay finishing sixth overall finished in 3:19.00 and earned All-NEC Second Team honors as a part of the second place 4x100 meter team at the NEC Championships.

2008-09 (Sophomore) Indoor: Placed fifth in the 60m hurdles at Delaware Invitational Outdoor: Finished eighth in 100m dash at MU Season Opener... Finished 10th in the decathlon at Bucknell... Took eighth in the shot put and in the 110 hurdles with a time of 17.29 at the Lehigh Games.

2007-08 (Freshman): Indoor: Placed third in the 500m at the USATF-NJ Open Outdoor: Part of a sprint medley relay team that placed third at the MU Season Opener... Placed 12th in the decathlon, highlighted by his third Place finish in the 400m and a fifth place finish in the 100m, at the Bison Outdoor Classic earning one of the top decathlon scores in school history... Ran a personal best of 23.29 in the men's 200m dash and was part of a 4x400 team that took eighth overall at the Colonial Relays.

High School: Earned two letters in track and field at Allentown Central Catholic under head coach Jack Pressman... Set the men's 100m dash record for the Vikings... MVP of track and field team in 2007 stanza... Ran personal best in the 55m with a time of 7.01 and 100m finish of 10.81... Also lettered in volleyball and football.
