2009-10 (Senior): Indoor: Finished eighth in shot put at the Giegengack Invitational... Finished fourth (50' 11.5") in the shot put at the NEC Indoor Championships... Finished eighth overall in shot put with a mark of 47' 11.25" at the NYU Fastrack Invitational Outdoor:  Finished tenth (141' 10") overall in the hammer throw at the 15th annual MU season opener... Finished eighth in javelin with a mark of 191' 7" at Colonial Relays...  IC4A qualifying throw of 192' 10" in javelin, earning himself the medalist win at the Rider Invitational... Finished third overall (197' 10") in javelin at the Greyhound Invitational... Placed second in the javelin (207' 1") earning All-NEC Second-Place honors in the NEC Championships.

2008-09 (Junior): Indoor: Earned sixth place in shot put at Penn State Nationals... Finished sixth in shot put at NEC Championships... Finished with fifth place finish in the shot put (49' ¼") at the NYU Fastrack Invitational Outdoor: Finished seventh in shot put at MU Season Opener... Finished fourth in the javelin with his toss of 59.75 at 2009 Colonial Relays... Throw of 196' 10" in the javelin took home the gold medal at UVA Invite... Throw of 192' 5" was ninth overall in the javelin at Lehigh Games... Claimed the silver medal in the javelin with his IC4A qualifying mark of 199' 07" at NEC Track Championships and was named Second-Team All-NEC for his efforts.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Did not compete due to injury.

2006-07 (Freshman): Indoor: Had a seventh place finish in the shot put at the Seton Hall Open... Competed in the shot put at the Great Dane Classic and the Bucknell Bison Open... Outdoor: Was second in the javelin at the NEC Outdoor Championships, qualifying for the NCAA Regionals with a throw of 207' 3"... Qualified for the IC4As in the javelin with his third place throw of 192'4" at the Lehigh Games... Junior National qualifier.

High School: Competed in track at Southern Regional High School...Earning All-Shore honors as one of the top javelin throwers in New Jersey.

Personal: Born April 15, 1988... Son of Anthony and Sunnam Rizzotto... Majoring in Health Studies.
