2006 Outdoor: Threw 159’2” to finish 6th at IC4As and earn his second All-East honor in the discus throw...Finished third in the discus and sixth in the shot put at the NEC Championships...Fourth at the Penn Relays in the shot put with a mark of 50’9”...Third in the discus throw at the 2006 NEC Outdoor Conference Track and Field Championships with a distance of 165’11.5”.

2006 Indoor: Placed 10th in the shot put at NEC Indoor Championships...

2005 Outdoor: Started outdoor season strong with a win in the shot put (50’10 ?”) and a second place finish in the discus (154’) at Monmouth Season Opener...Scored in a pair of events at Onesty/Abramson Invitational with a fourth place finish in the discus (158’3”) and a IC4A qualifying toss of 51’ 2 ?” earned him a fourth place finish in the shot put... Finished fifth in the Eastern division of the Shot Put, throwing 53’7”, and also threw 160’7” to finish 14th in the discus at Penn Relays...Second highest scoring Hawk at NEC Outdoor Championships, scoring in three different events...Earned All-NEC honors with his win in the shot put (53’8 ?”), third place finish in the discus (163’9”), and eight place finish in javelin (169’8”)....Earned All-East honor with eighth place finish in the shot put (52’11 ?”) and narrowly missed a second All-East honor with his ninth place discus throw of 158’ 3”.

2005 Indoor: One of three Hawks to place in the shot put at the NEC Championships, leading the pack with a third place finish (50’4”)...Won the shot put with and finished third in the weight throw at Seton Hall Open...Finished third in shot put at Bucknell Invitational (48’8”)...Won the shot put title at the Great Dane Classic with a toss of 50’9 ?”.

2004 Outdoor: Scored 10 points, second-most amongst Hawks’ throwers, at the NEC Championship, recording fifth-place finishes in both the shot put (49’21/2’’) and discus (144’2’’) while taking seventh in the javelin (169’2’’).

2004 Indoor: Placed eighth in the shot put at NEC Championships, with a toss of 48'6".
