2006 Cross Country: Finished second or third for Monmouth in four meets... Placed third for Monmouth and fourth overall to help the Hawks win their third straight Monmouth Invitational title... Finished second for Monmouth and 16th overall at the NEC Championships, just missing All-NEC honors but helping the Blue and White to a second place team finish.
2006-07 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m at the NEC Indoor Championships...Placed eighth in the 3000m at the Fordham Collegiate Opener...picked up an eighth place finish in the mile at the Deschriver Invitational... Also ran the 5000m, 3000m and the mile at several other meets.
2007 Outdoor: Finished 10th at the NEC Championships in the 10,000m... Came in fourth at the NECs in the 3,000m Steeplechase, finishing in 9:52.07... Finished seventh at the University of Maryland in the Steeplechase and fourth in the same event at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational.
2005 Cross Country: All-East performer... Set course record at MU Cross Country Kickoff while garnering top honors... Top Hawk finisher at Red Flash Invitational, placing 13th... Finished fourth overall at MU Invitational... Earned top-30 finish at NEC Championships... Top Hawk finisher at NCAA Regionals.
2005-06 Indoor: Finished eighth in the 3000m at the Fordham Collegiate Opener... Picked up an eighth place finish in the mile at the Deschriver Invitational... Earned NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll honors.
2006 Outdoor: Placed at the NEC Championships in two events, finishing fourth in the 10,000-meter with a time of 32:30 and eighth overall in the 3,000 steeplechase...Placed fifth in the 10,000-meter at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 32:28.61... Ran a 15:37.11 5,000-meter, placing 11th at the Monmouth Season Opener... Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter Steeple Chase at the Villanova Tuppeny Twilight Meet with a time of 9:30.10.
2004 Cross Country: Finished eighth in MU debut at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff... Logged a top-50 finish at the Navy Invitational... Placed in the top-35 at the Monmouth University Invitational to aid in the Hawks first place finish.
2005 Outdoor: Competed in the Steeplechase and the 5000 meters for the Hawks.
High School: Three-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Old Bridge (N.J.) High School... State meet and Meet of Champions qualifier in cross country and the 3,200-meter.
