2021-22 (Senior): Competed in the 6k, 8k, and 10k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 800m, mile, 1500m, 5000m, 4x400m, 4x800m, and DMR during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons … Seven event wins and five new PRs … 2022 Chi Alpha Sigma Honoree … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Member of the 2021 Cross Country All-MAAC Team … Placed 12^th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:21.9 (10/30) … Set a new PR in the 6k at the Lehigh Invitational, clocking in at 18:06.8 and placing fourth (9/3) … Set a new PR in the 10k at the DI Mid-Atlantic Regionals, finishing 55^th with a time of 32:12.9 … MAAC Cross Country Runner of the Week (9/8).
 
Indoor: Part of the team that won gold medals in the 4x800m at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:36.98 which is a new MAAC Championships record (2/20) … Finished second in the 3000m at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational with a time of 8:35.42 (1/15) … Paced the field in the mile at the Villanova Invitational, clocking in at 4:10.76 (1/22).
 
Outdoor: Part of the 4x800m team that won gold medals at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:36.73 (5/8) … Part of the DMR team that won and set a school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 9:46.43 (4/29) … Was also part of the 4x800 team that posted a time of 7:29.29 at the Penn Relays which is second all-time in school history … MAAC Outdoor Track Performer of the Week (4/5) … Won the 5000m at the Lehigh Track and Field Invite in 14:37.29 (4/9) … Posted a 1500m time of 3:47.51 at the Virginia Challenge (4/23) … Ran the 800m at the Princeton Elite Invitational in 1:49.52 (5/14).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 4x400, 800m, 4x800, 1500, and cross country as a junior… Set PRs in the 800 (1:51.54) and the 5000 (14:46.60)… Had three first place finishes on the year… Won the 800m (1:51.61) at the 2021 Lafayette Open… Placed first in the 800 (1:51.54) and the 4x400 (3.25.10) in the Carol & John Covert Classic 4/24/21.

2019-20: Competed in the 8K, 10K, 4X400, 4X800, 800m, 1000m, and mile as a sophomore ... Most Valuable Athlete for Men's Track and Field ... Eight top five finishes.

2018-19: MAAC Championships Rookie of the Meet ... Won the 800 meters at the MAAC Championships (1:53.59) ... Ran a leg for the 4x800 relay team that won at the MAAC Championships (7:43.88) ... Part of the distance medley relay team that finished second at the MAAC Championships (10:13.75) ... Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed 3^rd at the Penn 8-Team Select (3:20.94) ... Won the 800 meters at the Angry Birds Challenge (1:54.63) ... All-East after a 6^th place finish at the IC4A Championships (3:51.27) ... Finished 3^rd in the 800 meters at the MAAC Championships (1:54.17) ... Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed 4^th at the MAAC Championships (7:54.35)

Before Monmouth: Finished 7th at the New Jersey Group Championships in cross country as a senior... Placed second at the Cross Country NJ Sectional Championships... personal bests of 1:54 in the 800 meters and 4:23.19 for the mile.
