2008-09 (Sophomore): Indoor: Won the 500m (1:08.06) at Delaware Invitational... Also part of the 4x400 relay which took fifth place at the Terrier Classic... A member of men's 4x400 relay team ran a time of 3:20.21, which was seventh in the NYC Gotham Cup...  Finished sixth in the 800m (50.48) at the Yale Invite... Ran a leg of the DMR placing sixth with their combined time of 10:31.00 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. Outdoor: Finished sixth in 400m at MU Season Opener... Finished eighth place with his time of 50.09 in the 400m at UVA Invite... Part of 4x400 relay team which was fourth overall with their time 3:20.08 at UVA Invite.

2007-08 (Freshman): Indoor: Placed second as part of a 4x400 relay team crossing the line in 3:19.86 and earned a spot on the All-NEC Second Team, and placed fourth in the 400m at the NEC Championships... Placed fifth in the high jump at the Seton Hall Open... Part of a 4x400 team that finished first and took third in the 500m at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Part of a 4x200 team that set a new Hawks record of 1:28.75 and part of a 4x400 team that qualified for the IC4A and placed sixth with a time of 3:19.45 at the Penn State Relays...... Finished fourth in the 400m at the NYU Gotham Cup with his time of 48.86, which is an IC4A qualifying mark, and he also was part of a 4x400 team that placed eighth... Placed sixth in 200m dash at the Great Dane Invitational... Outdoor: Ran on the thirdp lace 4x400 teamat the NEC Championships... Part of a 4x400 relay squad finished second in their section with a time of 3:15.54 at the Penn Relays.

High School: Earned four letters in track & field at McNair Academic High School under head coach Matt Hogan... Helped the Cougers win the Hudson County Championships for the first time in school history... Finished his career as the county record holder in the 55m and 300m... Owns the school records 100m, 200m, 400m, 55m and the high jump... Was nationally ranked in the 300m as a senior... Earned First Team All-State in the 200m, 400m and the high jump... Took seventh at the NJ Meet of Champions in the 200m and 400m... Competed at the Nike Outdoor Championships in 2007... Aslo played soccer for the Cougers.
