2006 Cross Country: Finished first, second or third for the Hawks in every meet... Finished first overall at the Fordham Invitational... Took second for Monmouth and third overall at the Monmouth Invitational, helping MU record its third straight team victory in the meet... Helped the Hawks to a second place team finish at the NECs with a 17th place finish.

2006-07 Indoor: Competed in the 5,000 for MU at the NEC Championships.

2007 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000 for MU at the NEC Championships...Finished in ninth at the MU Season Opener in the 10,000m...Also competed in the 1,500 and the 5000m for the Hawks.

2005 Cross Country: Finished 15th at MU Cross Country Kickoff...Top-40 finisher at Red Flash Invitational...Placed second, only behind teammate Larry Schau, in MU Invitational...Top-40 finish at Lafayette Invitational, in a field of nationally ranked competition.

2005-06 Indoor: Competed in 3000m and 5000m run.

2006 Outdoor: Placed 14th at the Monmouth Season Opener in the 10,000-meter with a time of 32:57.04... Ran the 5,000-meter in a time of 16:06.45 at the NEC Outdoor Championship meet.

2004 Cross Country: One of the Hawks’ scorers at Navy Invitational as he garnered a top-30... Finished 12th in MU Invitational... His time at Van Cortlandt Park at the ECAC/IC4As ranked among the top-10 finishes by a freshmen in school history.

2005 Outdoor: Competed in 5000m and 10000m.

High School:  Four-year letterwinner in both track & field and cross country at Bishop Hendrickson High School in Warwick, R.I... Helped guide squad to a Rhode Island state title in 2004... Tabbed All-Rhode Island, all-city and all-division in cross country in each of his last three years.

Personal: Born April 22, 1985...Son of Dennis and Miriam Coleman... Majoring in communications.
