2007-08 Season: Indoor: Placed seventh in the weight throw with his toss of 60’ 6", which earned him All-East honors, at the IC4A Championships, and picked up his second All-East nod of the weekend with his fourth place throw of 55’ 2 ? in the finals... Claimed first place and a spot on the All-NEC First Team with a shot-put throw of 56’4" and placed second in the weight throw and earned a spot on the All-NEC Second Team with a toss of 57’8?" at the NEC Indoor Championships... Earned a second place finish in two events and a trip to the IC4A Championship with a weight throw of 57’2" and a shot-put throw of 51’9"... Took third overall with a throw of 50’ in the shot put and also placed fourth in the weight throw at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Earned first with a shot-put toss of 51’ 10 ?"and second with a weight toss of 55’ 11 ?" at the Seton Hall Classic... Named NEC Track & Field Athlete of the Week and ECAC Division 1 Track & Field Athlete of the Week for the week of 1/8/08... Won the shot-put with his throw of 55’ 11 ?" at the Penn Relays... Earned a first place finish in the shot-put with a throw of 54’6" and won the weight throw with a 57’9 ?" at the Great Dane Invitational... Won the shot-put with a personal best throw of 56’?" and also placed 2nd in the weight throw 61’5?" at the University of Delaware Thomson Invitational... Named NEC Field Athlete of the Week for the week of 2/5/2008... Took second at the 168th Street Armory with a shot-put throw of 55’10?"... Finished second in the shot-put with a throw of 54’10" and placed fourth in the weight throw at the Princeton Invitational 2008... Outdoor Track: Recorded his best throw of his career in the shot put to take seventh, after tossing a 57’ 11" to earn seventh place and All-Region honors and put him in the provisional pool for the NCAA Championships... Became the third MU student athlete to win an individual event at the IC4A Championships after taking first in the shot put at the event with his All-East throw of 55’ 1 ?"... Won the hammer throw with a throw of 179’ 5" and earned an IC4A appearance at the MU Season Opener, also placed first in the discus with his IC4A qualifying throw of 157’ 11", and placed second overall and first in collegiate standings in the shot-put with a 52’8" mark... Named Outstanding Field Event Performer at the NEC Championships after a win in the shot and two second place finishes in the discus and the hammer... Named the NEC Track Athlete of the Week for the week of 4/01/08... Placed third in the hammer at the UVA Invite with a toss of 173’ 07" and also placed third (second in collegiate standings) in the discus with a throw of 168’, and placed fourth in the shot-put... Earned a second place finish with his throw of 54’ 7 ?", took fourth in the discus, and placed seventh in the hammer throw at the Colonial Relays... Won the discus with a throw of 166’8", and placed second in the hammer and in the shot-put at the Greyhound Invitation with a toss of 173’03"... Achieved a school record throw of 173’ which was first in the Men’s College Division and qualified him for the NCAA East Regionals, and earned fourth place finish in the College Division of shot put at the Penn Relays... Won the hammer with a heave of 173’11", won the shot-put with a toss of 54’3?", and won the discus with a school record toss of 179’2" at Lehigh... Earned recognition as the NEC Field Athlete of the Week for the week of 4-30-08.

2006-07 Season: Indoor: Took third place in the shot put with a toss of 53’41/2" and placed second in the weight throw (61’7") at the NEC Indoor Championship meet... First in weight throw (60’11/4", seventh best in school history) at Princeton Invitational... Earned NEC Male Field Athlete of the Week for the weeks of 12/17/06 and 1/30/07... Combined with Larry Lundy to throw 116’73/4" in the weight throw, setting a new Monmouth record, at the Penn State Relays... Took fifth in the Great Dane Classic in the shot put with a throw of 51’11" and placed first in the weight throw (69’91/2")... Finished fifth with a throw of 50’21/2" in the shot put and took second in the weight throw (57’113/4") at the Terrier Classic... Placed first in the shot put with a toss of 53’101/4" and finished second in the weight throw (61’3") at the NYU Fastrack... Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Regionals... Earned All-East honors in the discus with a throw of 160’1"... Took fourth at the NEC Championship in the hammer (179’1"), while earning an eighth place finish in the shot put... Finished third at the NEC’s in the discus... Had a third place finish in the shot put at the Penn Relays with a throw of 54’51/2"... Won the discus at the Lehigh Games with a throw of 162’7"... Qualified for the IC4As in the hammer at Moravian with a third place throw of 177’7"... Took fifth in the discus at the UVA Invite (148’4").

2005-06 Season: Indoor: Continued his dominant performances as he was the leading thrower for the Hawks... Earned All-East honors with a sixth-place finish in the weight throw at the IC4A Championships and captured the first NEC weight throw title since 2001 with a toss of 59’63/4"... Also posted a third place finish in the shot put with a toss of 50’51/2"... Outdoor: Did not compete in the outdoor season.

2004-05 Season: Indoor: Placed third in the weight throw (52’6?") and fifth in the shot put (49’5") at NEC Championships, tying for third most individual points on the team... Finished second only to teammate Kyle Hirschklau in shot put at Bucknell Invitational (49’4")... Outdoor: Named Rookie of the Meet at NEC Outdoor Championships after placing in four different events totaling 18 points in the Hawks’ championship effort... Placed fourth in the javelin (183’5")... Placed second in the hammer throw (163’8")... Finished sixth in the shot put (50’?")... Placed seventh in the discus (147’4")... First-ever Monmouth athlete to score in four different throwing events... All-NEC in the hammer throw... Placed 11th in the shot put at Penn Relays... Placed third in the hammer throw at Lehigh Games.

High School: Two-sport standout in football and track at Matawan High School... Three-year letter winner in track & field...Named to All-County and All-Conference first teams...Named to All-Group second team...Earned a spot on the All-American High School team.
