2007-08 Seaon: Indoor: Earned a time of 1.03.53 in the 500m at the IC4A Championships and was also part of a 4x400 relay that ran a season best 3:18.44... Placed second as part of a 4x400 relay team and earned a spot on the All-NEC Second Team, placed 7th in the 200m, and earned a 4th in the 500m at the NEC Championships... Won the 500m and earned a spot at the IC4A Championship with a time of 1:04.61 at the 2007 Princeton Invitational, and was also part of a relay team that took first place in the 4x400... Named NEC Track and Field Athlete of the Week for 12/11/07... Placed second in the 400m at the Seton Hall Classic... Named NEC Track & Field Athlete of the Week and ECAC Division 1 Track & Field Athlete of the Week for the week of 1/8/08... Part of a 4x200 team that set a new Hawks record of 1:28.75 and part of a 4x400 team that qualified for the IC4A and placed sixth with a time of 3:19.45 at the Penn Relays... Placed fifth at the NYU Gotham Cup in the 500m and part of a 4x400 team that placed eighth... Took fifth place in the 200m dash and was part of a fifth place 4x400 team at the Great Dane Invitational... Finished second in the 200m, qualifying for the IC4A’s with a time of 22.13 at the NYU Fast Track... Outdoor: Part of MU’s thirdp lace 4x400 relay team at the NEC Outdoor Championships... Also placed fifth in the 400m at the event... Finished in the 400m, running a 47.81 at the IC4A... First collegian in the 200m dash with his time of 22.11 and was also part of a 4x400 relay team that captured first at the MU Season Opener, crossing the line 3:21.48, and also tallied a third place finish for the Hawks in the 400m dash, but his time of 49.61 was tops for a collegiate athlete... Part of a fifth place 4x200m relay team and finished sixth in the 400m at the Colonial Relays... Claimed third place in the 400m and achieved an IC4A qualifying time of 47.88, part of a 4x400 team that took third, and also placed fourth in the 200m at the Greyhound Invitational... Member of the 4x400 relay squad finished second in their section with a time of 3:15.54 at the Penn Relays.

2006-07 Season: Indoor: Qualified for the finals in the 500m at the IC4A Championships, claiming 10th place... Took fifth in the 500m at the NEC Indoor Championship Meet... First place in 500m (1:05.50), part of the second place 4x400m relay team at Princeton Invitational... Placed sixth in the 400m at the NYC Gotham Cup... Top-10 finish in the 200m dash and won the 500m with a time of 1:03.74 at the Great Dane Classic... Placed seventh in the 500m at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, crossing the line in 1:04.88... Outdoor: Did not compete in the outdoor season.

2005-06 Season: Indoor: Had a breakout indoor season in which he established a school record in the 500m... Placed in two events at the NEC Indoor Championships, finishing second with the 4x400 relay and boasting a second place finish in the 500m, to help the Hawks win the NEC team title... Outdoor: Qualified for IC4As in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays... Finished eighth in the 400 and was part of the 2nd place 4x100 relay and 5th place 4x400 relay at NECs... Competed at the Stanford Invitational in the 400... Third in the 400m at the Monmouth Season Opener with a time of 48.32.

2004-05 Season: Indoor: Member of 4x400 relay team, which placed second at NEC Championships... Member of All-East 4x400 relay team that finished 7th at the IC4A Championships... Took fourth in the 400 at the Great Dane Invitational... Outdoor: Qualified for IC4As Championships in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays... Second only to teammate Charles Simmons in 400-meters at MU Season Opener... Member of 4x400 relay which finished second at Monmouth Season Opener... Member of 4x400 Meter Relay squad, which logged a time of 3:12 at Duke Invitational and qualified for IC4As... Recorded a victory in the open portion of the 200-meters as he booked a time of 22.22... Sixth place finish in 400-meters at Onesty/Abramson Invitational (48.70)... Member of winning 4x400 relay team at TCNJ Quad meet...Fourth-place finish as a member of the 4x200 relay team at Penn Relays (1:27.70), which medaled for the second consecutive year... One of eight Hawks’ performers to score double-digit points to help MU win the NEC Outdoor Championships... Member of third-place finishing relays, 4x100 and 4x400, and earned two fifth place finishes in the 200 and 400 meter dashes at the NECs.
