2010-11 (Senior): XC: Second Hawk to cross the finish line at the CCSU Blue Devil Invitaional finishing the 5.1 mile race in 26:55 good for 10th overall (9/11)...Finished 15th overall at the 16th Annual Monmouth Invitational with a time of 26:59.5 (9/18)...Completed the five-mile Paul Short Run in 26:48 (10/1)... Posted a time of 27:04.7 at the Princeton Invitational (10/16)...Crossed the finish line 27th overall in 26:45.5 at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/30).. Crossed the line with a time of 34:52 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/13)...Finished 50th in the ECAC/IC4A with a time of 26:59 (11/20).

2009-10 (Junior): XC: Finished the 6k in eighteenth place with a time of 20:10 at the 6th Annual Monmouth Cross Country Kick-Off... Was 20th in a time of 27:05 at the Quinnipiac Invitational... Finished five-mile course in 26:27 in 89^th place at the 26th annual Brooks Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa... Finished fourth in the five mile race with a time of 28:01 at the 15th Annual Monmouth University Invitational... Finished 95^th in the 5 mile race with a time of 26:57 at Princeton Invitational. .. Finished the course in 29:17.7 at the NEC XC Championship, good enough for a 77th place finish for the day... Recorded his best career finish with a 139th with a time of 35:55, at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regionals... Finished second on the team at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with an 85th place finish in 27:40. Indoor: Placed 10th in the 3000m run at the Great Dane Classic...  Led the Hawks with a top finish in the 5000 with a time of 15:27.22 at the Terrier Classic... Finished second in the 3000 meter steeplechase (10:02.27) at the Greyhound Invitational.

2008-09 (Sophomore): XC: Came in 116th at NCAA East Regionals... Finished 13th in a time of 20:13 at MU Invite... Finished 47th and in a time of 27:41 at Dartmouth Invite... Finished 19th among Division I runners in 27:41 at MU hosted invite... Finished 228th in a time of 26:39 at Paul Short Run... Finished 88th place running 25:56 at Princeton Invite... Finishing 16th in a time of 27:32 at NEC XC Championships Outdoor Track: Claimed eighth place in the 3k steeplechase in the NEC Championships

2007-08 (Freshman): Competed in cross country and indoor/outdoor track for MU.

High School: Member of the cross country team at St. Peter's High School under Coach Kenny McGill...2006 Staten Island Champions...Two-Time Staten Island Advance All-Star.
