SENIOR (2020-21): Earned a win at No. 6 singles against NJIT… Went 10-4 in doubles play, including 9-2 (5-0 MAAC) with teammate Will Cooke Wharton… The duo won 6-4 at No. 3 doubles in the MAAC championship game
JUNIOR (2019-20) [shortened due to COVID-19]: Went 7-10 in singles play, including six wins in tournament play and one in dual… Earned four doubles wins, including a 2-0 mark with teammate Sergio Martinez at No. 1
BEFORE MONMOUTH: Went 9-5 overall in singles play at Emporia State University, including 8-5 at No. 1. In doubles play, registered a 10-4 record, mainly at the No. 2 spot. Gortzounian won a Paris championship in 2017, and was named MIAA Freshman of the Year in 2018.
