Led by coach Karpinski in 2003, the team record was 10-0, the district champs and runner up in the NJCAA Tennis tournament? In the same season, Lampa was the 1st singles district champion, runner-up in Individual NJCAA Tournament and 1st Doubles NJCAA Champions?.

High School: Competed in four consecutive years at Ocean Township High School in the Shore Conference under head coach Stan Friedman? Tabbed 2nd team All-Shore and All-Spartan team in her senior year campaign? Competed as 1st doubles with a record of 22-2 and led team to the Shore Conference championships from 1999-2001?1998, won A North Championship title?. Among accomplishments are Monmouth County Champions as well as Shore Conference and Central Jersey III Champs
