2025-26 (Freshman):
- Earned bronze in the 1650 freestyle at the CAA Championship.
- Broke 10 school records throughout the course of the season.
- Named the CAA Rookie Swimmer of the Month, three times.
- Selected as the CAA Co-Swimmer of the Week after breaking a pair of school records against La Salle (1/31).
- Earned 13 wins over the course of the season.Â
- Swept all three events he swam against St. Peter's and LIU (1/24).
- Swept his three events against Iona (11/1).
- Earned a pair of wins against TCNJ (10/25).
Before Monmouth:
- Attended Institut Nou Barris and swam for Coach Carlos Jose Peña.
- Was a member of Club Natació Sant Andreu and swam for Coach Carlos Jose Peña.
- Won seven medals at the Spanish Championship.
- Captured the 1500 Free at the Spanish Championship.
- Placed fourth at the Europe Junior Championship with the 4x200 free relay.
- Finished second in the 800/400/200 free.
- In 2024 set the 400 Free record with his club program with a time of 3:56.30 on the long course.
Personal:
- Son of Jose Arroyo Pomares and Raquel Lopez del Castillo Alejo.
- Majoring in Health Studies with a concentration in Physical Education.
