One of the Hawks? top returning middle distance runners? A mainstay on the 4x800 and distance medley relay teams.
2004 Outdoor: Placed third in the open 800 and ran on Monmouth?s victorious 4x800 relay at University of Delaware?s Thomson Invitational? Clocked the ninth-fasted qualifying time at NEC Championships in the 800 (1:56.76), narrowly missing the final? Part of the Hawks? 4x800 relay that captured third place at NEC Championships in 8:00.12.
2004 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 500 (1:07.66) at Princeton?s New Years Meet.
FELICIAN COLLEGE: Ran track and field two years at Felician College... ran the 400, 500, 800 and 1000 at Felician.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Columbia High School in Maplewood, N.J... Finished in third place in the 4x800 at the Penn Relays.
PERSONAL: Born Sherwyn Nolan Noel on July 29, 1982 in Brooklyn, N.J... Son of Nolan and Sincere Noel... Major is currently undecided.
