Tyler Foss joined the Monmouth University men’s lacrosse coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach in the Fall 2024 semester.

Foss previously served as the Boys Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach at Donovan Catholic High School, where he led the team to its first Shore-Freedom Division title with an 8-0 record in 2024 and its first Shore Conference Tournament win in 2023. He was named Shore-Freedom Division Coach of the Year in 2024.

Foss played collegiate lacrosse at Kean University from 2015 to 2019, where he was a CSAC All-Conference and All-Academic selection, as well as a team captain. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Global Fitness and Wellness and a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Kean.

In addition to his high school coaching experience, Foss has served as a head coach for Team 91 New Jersey, working with youth players in tournaments along the East Coast, and as an assistant coach for Toms River North’s varsity lacrosse team. He is also a certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified.
