Biography

Two-sport standout at Monmouth... Two-year starter at running back... Offensive co-captain... Powerful North-South runner... Ranks seventh on MU's career rushing list with 1,146 yards... Also ranks sixth in career rushing TDs with eight... Track & field All-America in the javelin... One of the most decorated athletes in the history of MU Track & Field... Offensive co-captain for the second time during his career.
2004 (Senior): Started all eleven games at running back... Ranked second on team with 410 yards on 89 carries with three touchdowns... Also caught 19 passes for 173 yards, ranking third on team with 583 all-purpose yards... Racked up 67 yards rushing on eight carries with a touchdown against La Salle... Added 24 yards receiving on two catches against the Explorers... Carried the ball 18 times for 74 yards and a touchdown, while adding 64 yards on four receptions against Sacred Heart... Ran for 81 yards and a touchdown on eight carries against St. Francis (Pa.).
2003 (Junior): Started 11 games at running back as a junior... Ranked second on the squad with 581 rushing yards on 139 attempts... Tallied 4.2 yards per carry average and three TDs... Also caught two passes for 15 yards and one TD on the year... Logged two 100-yard games during junior campaign... Opened season with 77 yards on 14 carries, including a career-long 53-yard run in win over St. Peter's... Gained 66 yards and one TD on 17 carries in win over Iona... Logged first career 100-yard rushing performance with 104 yards on 18 carries in win over Wagner... Carried 19 times for 74 yards in win over Albany... Booked sixth-best rushing performance in school history with 142 yards on 22 carries in triumph at La Salle... Also caught first career TD pass in victory over Explorers.
2002 (Sophomore): Started two games at running back before suffering a season-ending knee injury... Rushed for 88 yards on 20 carries and one TD... Also caught two passes for 29 yards... Logged 101 all-purpose yards in season opener vs. Lafayette with 72 rushing yards on 17 carries and two receptions for 29 yards... Booked a 29-yard rushing touchdown against the Leopards.
2001 (Freshman): Appeared in all ten games at fullback as a true freshman? Finished season with 67 yards on 14 carries... Carried the ball nine times for 49 yards and scored first career touchdown vs. St. John?s... Blocked a punt vs. Wagner.
Track & Field: Placed fifth in the javelin at the 2005 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships to earn All-America honors... Also won MU's second-ever IC4A title with a win in the javelin in 2005... Earned All-East and All-East Regional, as well as winning Northeast Conference crown and finishing in second place at the Penn Relays in 2005... Also an NCAA provisional qualifier in the javelin in 2002.
High School: Three-year letterwinner in football at Hopatcong (N.J.) High School... Rushed for 1,177 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior... Earned
all-league and All-West Jersey... Also lettered in track and scored over 1,000 career points in basketball.
