2007 Cross Country: Took 19th at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 26:58... Grabbed a top-10 finish as he placed ninth at the Monmouth University Invitational with a time of 20:12.6... Competed Paul Short Run in a time of 26:44... Placed 64th at the Albany Invitational in a time of 26:26.

2006 Cross Country: Finished in the Hawk’s top five in almost every meet to earn his third Varsity Letter...Finished fifth for the Blue and White and 19th overall at the NEC Championships to help the team to a second place finish.

2006 Outdoor: Finished 8th in the 3,000m steeple chase at the NEC Conference Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:38.21.

2006 Indoor:  Finished the 1,000m in fourth place at the Princeton New Years Invitational... Was sixth in the mile at the Bucknell Gulden Relays.

2005 Cross Country: Placed 10th in at Monmouth University Kickoff...Top Hawk finisher at the Fordham Invitational...Top-30 finish at the Red Flash Invitational...Placed third at the MU Invitational to help the team earn its third straight victory...Finished 31st at NEC Championships

2005 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the steeplechase at the TCNJ Quadrangular meet... Competed in the Steeplechase at the NEC Championships for the Hawks.

2004 Cross Country: Named NEC Rookie of the Week (10/19) after finishing 10th at the Delaware Invitational, and the top rookie finisher in the talent-laden field...Posted top-50 finish at Navy Invitational...Finished in top-40 at Quinnipiac Invitational en route to a third place finish for the team...Finished ninth at the MU Invitational helping the Hawks’ capture the team title...Finished in the top-50 at NEC Championships.

High School: Five-sport standout at LaFayette (N.Y.) High School... Earned four letters in cross country for Coach Tom LaRose... Earned all-county and all-league and advanced to state meet in cross country as a senior... Lettered in both indoor and outdoor track & field as a senior... Participated in lacrosse and ice hockey as a freshman, sophomore and junior.
