HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters each in both track & field and cross country at Frederick (Md.) High School.
PERSONAL: Born Justin M. Ward on July 13, 1980 in Washington, D.C... Majoring in finance... Son of Dan and Jackie Ward.
