2021-22 (Senior): Competed in the 6k and 8k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 5000m and 10,000m during the outdoor track season, setting new PRs in each … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Finished 39^th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:06.9 (10/30) … Set a new PR in the 6k at the Lehigh Invitational with a time of 19:23.8 (9/3).
 
Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 5000m at the Towson Invitational with a time of 15:04.14 (4/2) … Ran the 10,000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 31:18.71, placing 11^th (5/7).

2019-20: Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, and 8K as a sophomore ... Set personal bests in the 5000m (15:32.39), 8K (25:29.2) , 10K (32:31.9). 

Before Monmouth: Letter winner all four years for cross country and track and field Coach Mike Tursi at Mater Dei...Captain of the 2017 Mater Dei cross country team...Won the 2017 NJSIAA Non-Public B cross country race...second-team Asbury Park Press all-shore team as a senior...1st team non-public in track (3200 meters)...3-time NJSIAA Non-Public B team champion (2 in track and one in cross country)
