2021-22 (Senior): Competed in the 8k and 10k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, 4x800m, and DMR during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons … Three events wins and three new PRs … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Placed 18^th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:37.8 in the 8k … Finished 87^th in the 10k at the DI Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 33:00.1 (11/12).
 
Indoor: Part of the team that won gold medals in the 4x800m at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:36.98 which is a new MAAC Championships record (2/20) … Also earned a bronze medal in the mile at the Indoor Championships with a time of 4:13.23 (2/20) … Clocked in at 8:42.38 in the 3000m at the Great Dane Classic, placing 20^th (1/28).
 
Outdoor: Part of the 4x800m team that won gold medals at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:36.73 (5/8) … Part of the DMR team that won and set a school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 9:46.43 (4/29) … Also part of the 4x800 team that posted a time of 7:29.29 at the Penn Relays which is second all-time in school history … Placed second in the 5000m at the Lehigh Track and Field Invite with a time of 14:38.09 (4/9) … Finished the 1500m at the Princeton Elite Invitational in 3:48.51 (5/14).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 4x400, 4x800, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, and competed for cross country… Set PRs in the 800 (1:52.36), 1500 (3:51.96), 5000 (14:47.96)… Two first place finishes on the year… Placed first in the 1500 (3:53.15) at the Carol & John Covert Classic… Part of the team that won the 4x400 (3:25.10) at the Carol & John Covert Classic.

2019-20: Competed in the 6K, 8K, 10K, Mile, 4X400, and 4X800 as a sophomore ... Set personal bests in the 6K (19:35.0), 5M (26:42.4), 8K (25:19.8), 10K (32:41.0), 1000m (2:30.37), 800m (1:54.50), and mile (4:09.85).  Part of the 4x800 relay team that finished second at the MAAC Indoor Championships (7:46.11).

2018-19 Indoor: Finished 4^th in the 800 meters at the MAAC Championships (1:56.49 ... Part of the 4x800 relay team that won at the MAAC Championships (7:43.88) ... Ran a leg for the distance medley relay team that placed 2^nd at the MAAC Championships (10:13.75) ... Finished 3^rd in the 1000 meters at the Kane Invitational (2:35.90) ... Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed 3^rd at the Penn 8-Team Select (3:20.94).

Before Monmouth: Personal bests of 1:55 in the 800-meter run and 4:26 in the 1600-meter run.

Personal: Son of Brian and Tara Hoffman ... Majoring in Business Finance.
