High School: Was All-League in the 600m, 400m, 800m, and 4x400m relay as a freshman in 2006... Was Section XI MVP for winter and spring track, All-Suffolk County for the 600m and 400m, All-League for the 300m, 600m, 800m, 4x400m, and was a State Qualifier in the 600m as a sophomore in 2007... Was All-County in the 1000m and 800m, All-League in the 1500m, 1000m, 400m, 800m, 400m hurdles, 4x400m relay, and was a State Qualifier for the 1000m, 800m and a National Qualifier for the 800m as a junior in 2008... Was All-League and a captain for cross country, winter and spring track. Was also All-League in the 800m, 400m, All-County in the 4x400m, and a State Qualifier for the 4x400m relay. Came in fifth in the Empire State Games for the 400m and 4x400m relay as a senior in 2009.
