Hornbeak was added to the coaching staff in August 2024, helping to lead the Hawks to a 10-8 conference mark and a non-conference triumph over Seton Hall in his first season.

Dempsey spent the prior two seasons as a student manager with King Rice's program, assisting with all day-to-day aspects of the program. He is a 2023 graduate of Monmouth.
