Slated to back up All-NEC Kevin Walsh at defensive tackle.

2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in eight games at defensive tackle... Finished the season with five tackles... Registered two tackles in loss to Wagner (10/13)... Tallied a tackle for a loss in his first collegiate game against Maine (9/1).

2006 (Freshman): Did not see time as a freshman.

High School: Played two seasons of varsity football under Coach Generilli at Raritan High School... Helped the Rockets to a 22-2 record over two seasons ... Raritan went 12-0 and a State Championship as a junior... Earned Second Team All-Shore honors as a tackle... Was also a two-time District Champion in wrestling.

Personal: Born on Oct. 16, 1987... Son of Barbara Banner and Robert King... Major is criminal justice.
