2004 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the javelin (157?2??) and 13th in the hammer (127?4??) at the NEC Championships.
2004 Indoor: Placed 13th at the NEC Championships in the shot put (42?83/4??)?
2003: Outdoor: placed seventh in the javelin (176-07) at the NEC Outdoor Championships.

2001 (FRESHMAN): Did not see action during his freshman season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport standout at Manchester (N.J.) Township High School... Earned three varsity letters in football... Played linebacker and tailback for Coach Covert... Tabbed team MVP in football as a senior... Also earned three letters in indoor track & field and four letters in outdoor track & field... Participated in the javelin, shot put, long jump, discus and 100 meters.
PERSONAL: Born James Paul Woods on January 17, 1983 in Long Branch, N.J... Majoring in educations... Son of Jeff Crane and Lynn Crane.
