Biography

2011 (Junior): Missed the season with an injury.

2010 (Sophomore): Had to sit out due to NCAA transfer regulations.

Before Monmouth: Played one season at defensive back for Stony Brook University... Did not see action as a true freshman in 2009.

High School:  Played running back and safety under coach Tom Gallahue at Manalapan High School... Earned all-division honors twice, All-Shore Conference and All-Monmouth County honors three seasons while with the Braves... Was a two-time team captain... Amassed over 1,100 yards rushing as a senior while recording 48 tackles and a pair of interceptions... Had over 60 tackles in each of his sophomore and junior seasons... Finished his career with nine passes.

Personal: Son of John and Trish Gilburn... Major is undeclared.
