Ryan Starace joined the Monmouth University football coaching staff in the spring of 2022 as the Offensive Quality Control, Assistant Offensive Line Coach.
Starace came to Monmouth after spending the previous two years at St. Lawrence University, where he coached the running backs and tight ends as a graduate assistant. He also earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at St. Lawrence. Starace was the defensive line coach at The College of New Jersey for one year following his graduation from Susquehanna University in 2019.
As a player at Susquehanna, Starace captained the 2018 team which became the first in program history to win eight games in consecutive seasons and was a three-year starter at center.
Starace is a native of East Brunswick, NJ and attended Saint Joe's Metuchen High School.
