Rich Skrosky spent eight seasons on the sidelines at Monmouth University, including four as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach from 1997-2000. Skrosky was part of head coach Kevin Callahan's first coaching staff in 1993 and he coached the offensive line and tight ends from 1993 through 1995. Skrosky then mentored the offensive line during the 1996 season.
A 1987 graduate of Ramapo College, Skrosky served as the head coach at Ramapo in 1992 after spending two seasons as the offensive coordinator. Prior to Ramapo, he was a graduate assistant at Rutgers for two seasons and spent three years in the high school ranks. Skroksky served as the Assistant Head Coach and defensive coordinator at Lodi High School for two years after one season as the assistant head coach at St. Peter's Prep.
