2004 Outdoor: Notched 17th-place in 5000 at NEC Championships in 20:02.03.
2004 Indoor: Added depth to the solid distance crew
2003 Cross Country: Finished 20th in 20:36.8 as Monmouth took third at NEC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport standout at Cherokee High School in Marlton, N.J... Earned two varsity letters each in cross country and track & field... Earned All-South Jersey in cross country as a senior.
