2012 (Senior): Started all ten games at strong safety… Finished season sixth on the team in tackles with 35… Started the season with three solo stops and four tackles at Lehigh (9/1)… Had a career high five solo tackles at Duquesne (10/27)… Returned a blocked punt 27 yards for a touchdown against St. Francis (11/10)… Added a career high seven tackles in win over Robert Morris (11/17)… Named to 2013 NEC Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Capital One Academic All-District II selection… Named to FCS Academic All-Star Team.

2011 (Junior): Appeared in all 11 games at safety, starting the first 10 games of the season... Finished with 33 tackles, including 18 solo stops... Had five tackles, including a safety against Bryant (10/15)... Made four tackles against Lehigh (9/3)... Had a career-high seven tackles in a win over Sacred Heart (10/22)... Selected to the Capitol One CoSIDA Academic All-District II First Team... NACDA Academic All-Star Team selection... Member of NEC Academic Honor Roll... Dean's List member... Earned a spot on the NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010 (Sophomore): Did not see time as a sophomore.

2009 (Freshman): Did not see time as a freshman... Member of 2009 Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Played three varsity seasons at safety and defensive end under coach Frank Fucetola at Williamstown... As a senior, Sutton led the Braves to a 9-1 record and the Tri-County Championship... Named to the All-Academic Team his senior year... Collected 47 tackles and two interceptions during his senior campaign... Also lettered in baseball.
