2006 Cross Country: Enjoyed his finest season as a Hawk, finishing 5th at the NEC Championships to lead the Hawks to a 2nd place team finish and earn All-NEC honors... Finished 21st at the IC4A Championships to earn All-East honors and help the Hawks to a fifth place team finish...Ran 25:54 for 5 miles at the Paul Short Run...Earned his fourth straight Varsity Letter in cross country.
2006 Outdoor: Fifth at the 2006 Outdoor Conference Track and Field Championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:33.71...Finished 2nd in the steeplechase at the Monmouth Season Opener...Top performer for Monmouth in the steeplechase and 5K.
2006 Indoor: 10th in the 5,000m at the BU Terrier Classic with a time of 15:34.02.
2005 Cross Country: Was second best Hawks’ finisher, placing 25th overall, at NEC Championships...Finished 2nd overall at the East Stroudsburg Invitational...Earned third straight Varsity Letter in cross country.
2004 Cross Country: Was the Hawks’ top finisher, placing 24th overall, at NEC Championships... Ran to a third-place finish in 27:18, leading the Hawks to a team championship at the Monmouth Invitational... Placed seventh at the 6-kilometer Monmouth Kickoff in 20:15, steering the Blue and White to two wins... Recorded a third-place finish at the University of Delaware Invitational.
2004 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the steeplechase at the NEC Championships in 9:41.78... Finished eighth in the steeplechase at the University or Virginia Invitational to help Hawks finish third of 21 schools.
2004 Indoor: Crossed the tape in 8:53.3, finishing ninth in the 3000 at the NEC Championships...Ran the anchor leg in the DMR as Hawks finished fifth at NEC Championships.
2003 Cross Country: Second Monmouth finisher at the Great American Cross Country Festival... Clocked 25:58 at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University, the third fastest at the course by a Monmouth freshman.
