All tickets will be distributed via mobile delivery. There will be no physical tickets this season with the exception of walk-up day of sales at the box office. All patrons who purchase tickets in advance of the game, including season ticket holders, will have access to their MyTixx account to manage their tickets.

Flexibility, Ease of Use

Through MyTixx, you always have your tickets on you. Real-time changes to event dates and times are reflected immediately on digital tickets. Mobile tickets also allow guests to manage tickets from their mobile phone, tablet or computer with their MyTixx account. That includes the seamless transfer, exchange or resell of tickets.

Efficiency

The streamlining of the gate entry procedure. Mobile ticketing eliminates the need for will call pickup of tickets.

A valid e-mail address must be on file in order to receive mobile tickets. All patrons either have or will setup a MyTixx account where they can store, manage and access tickets for each event they purchase.

You can access tickets via the original email sent to your email attached to your MyTixx account. Or simply login to your MyTixx account and click “View Tickets” under “My Next Event.

Yes, you can use the print at home feature in MyTixx to print ticket barcode(s) on paper and present those directly to the ticket takers to scan at the entrance.

Don’t worry! Before arriving at the game, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets. If you did not download your tickets in advance, come see us at the Austin Family Box Office in Kessler Stadium (football and men’s lacrosse) or the Ocean First Bank Center Box Office (men’s and women’s basketball) with a valid form of photo ID for assistance.

Yes. You can view all of your tickets by clicking the left or right arrows on your smartphone. If arriving separately, we highly encourage that you transfer the ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access.

Season and single game parking passes are not changing. You can purchase a season parking pass here beginning July 5. Or you can purchase a single game pass at the gate on the day of the game (cash only).

Student tickets will remain the same as they have been. Students will use their Monmouth issued student ID to scan into any ticketed game they want to attend.
